Taxation and Compliance Support

- Accounts Receivable.
- Reconcile checking account with the bank statement each month for proper account balance and to identify any errors.
- Make correcting entries directly to and identify the source of each adjustment. We will tell you of these adjustments and make you aware of any corrections.
- We will review the payment of any invoices or bills. If an amount appears unusual or out of the ordinary, we will call it to your attention, but we do not take any responsibility in the discovery of any errors, irregularities, or fraud.
- Review Sales Journal and prepare Sales Tax Returns.
- Review and reconcile Payroll records and corresponding Tax Returns via ADP. Prepare and process monthly / quarterly Tax Returns via ADP.
- Setup, Install accounting system/ program and basic training (if applicable).
- Accounts Payable on Request.
- Consulting Services on request to include: Strategy meetings, Budgeting, Process design and implementation.
- Provide reports which contain portions of financial information; these reports are for internal management use only. We will not provide any financial statements (other than those used for internal management purposes and subject to interpretation by your CPA or tax professional for tax purposes).
